This design first appeared about eight years ago, the result of a happy accident while forging. A cold stamp cracked the blade, and instead of discarding it, I ground away the flaw — leaving behind a knife that flows in a continuous round form from tip to handle.
That rounded, integral shape fits naturally into the palm, making it my go-to shop knife ever since. Forged from heat-treated W1 steel, it’s compact, durable, and endlessly useful: perfect for precise marking, clean cutting, and, most of all, opening the countless boxes and packages that pass through the shop.
