Modern Live Edge Waterfall Coffee Table Collaboration Part 2 | How-To

Wow, this was an absolute blast! This was a collaborative build with my fellow hosts of "The Crafted Podcast"--Johnny Brooke of Crafted Workshop, and James Wright of Wood by Wright.

We each tackled different aspects of the build. I was responsible for forging the two drawer pulls, and fabricating the metal leg, Johnny tackled the slab and the waterfall leg, and James worked his 19th century wizardry on the drawer and dovetail slides.

In case you missed the collaboration playlist links in the video , here is the direct link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njCVFKPt4lA&list=PLRopeQgakyAkLpHHnOnjW-Yj9EeBUgIhw

Torched alder console table | How-To

So this was another commission for the same folks who I built the "Bar Height Slab Table" for. This was a lot of fun! I experimented a bit with some new finishing techniques, and I'm very happy with the results. But I'm also a little bummed that I didn't get a better picture of the finished project, I'm not much of a photographer, but the lighting made it impossible for me to get a good shot.

Anyway, hope you enjoyed the video, I'd love to hear from you!

Bar Height Slab Table | How-To

This is hands down one of my favorite builds to date! I enjoyed the entire process, from the renderings(pics on my instagram) to the final assembly.
The client wanted a unique bar height table, and I stumbled across a beautiful cherrywood slab with the proper dimensions. I have always had an affinity for tusk tenon furniture, but I wanted to work metal into the design--the solution I came up with was steel legs with a wooden stretcher and zebrawood tusks.
Thank you for watching, If you would like to help, please like, comment, or share!
